Positive: Lovely near‑new house in a great Papamoa location, just a few minutes’ walk to the beach. The hosts were incredibly friendly — we stayed over Easter and they even left chocolates in the fridge for my children, which was such a thoughtful touch. The house gets plenty of sunlight and has a relaxing outdoor area with beanbags to chill on. Inside, the kitchen is well equipped with quality appliances, and the coffee machine was perfect for making proper barista‑style coffee at home. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay overall.

Summary: Overall, we had a really lovely stay in a bright, comfortable home with friendly hosts and an unbeat
